Joe is an experienced statistician and business manager with over 25 years experience in business analytics. With over 15 years experience as a General Manager of commercial real estate properties including enclosed regional shopping malls, outparcel properties, strip centers and office buildings, he is expert in analyzing budgets, projects, construction, personnel and all aspects of operations.
He has a BS in statistics and a MPA (Master's of Public Administration) as well as the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) certification. Joe founded the company on the core principles of integrity, quality and customer service, and continues to adhere to these principles in all aspects of its operations. He gets to know each client personally, and he's your guy if you want to talk hockey - or any other sport.
Nathan has over 5 years of business analysis experience, the majority of which has been at a Fortune 100 company as a performance manager. He has been involved in several startup companies, one of which obtained over $200,000 in venture capital. As a former firefighter for the U.S. Marine Corps he obtained certifications in structural and airport firefighting. He specializes in occupational health and safety, and earned a B.S. in 2010 and a M.S. from Iowa State University in 2012.
He enjoys spending time with his family raising his 4 year old son, Liam, playing racquetball and exercising. Nathan places special emphasis on integrity, quality and customer service. He prides himself on responsiveness - when you contact him, he will respond promptly.

Michael Chimenti, VP Data Science
Rachel is passionate about clear, precise communication, particularly between subject matter experts and their non-expert audiences. At AccuStats, she puts that passion into action creating the verbiage for client reports and other corporate communications. Rachel’s expertise helps our clients understand the results of our analyses quickly and implement suggestions promptly.
Rachel has a background in journalism and worked for several years as a newspaper reporter. She moved from reporting into public relations writing, creating press releases, video scripts, brochures, newsletters, and other corporate communications for various businesses and non-profit organizations. She earned a master’s degree in communication and is currently completing a PhD in rhetoric and professional communication.
When she’s not writing, you’ll find Rachel reading or sewing, playing volleyball, watching soccer, or traveling. She’s hit all 50 states and is planning to touch the seven continents next!
Michael is a seasoned researcher with broad experience in bioinformatics, big-data projects, and data analysis. He is passionate about turning data into meaningful and actionable information. He also enjoys creating appealing and informative data visualizations using the latest techniques. Michael brings a trained scientist’s skeptical eye to data projects.
Michael obtained a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Iowa, and then went to Johns Hopkins University to complete a PhD in Biophysics. From there, he went to the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) to pursue postdoctoral studies in computational chemistry. Currently, he works in bioinformatics as a staff scientist at the University of Iowa, collaborating with scientists from a variety of fields on cutting-edge next generation sequencing and genomics projects.
When not working, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, learning jazz saxophone, and riding bikes.
Nathan Murdock, Marketing Dir.
Nathan earned his B.S. in Business Management with a marketing emphasis from Brigham Young University – Idaho (BYU-I) in April 2015. He specializes in digital marketing and marketing analytics. Besides coordinating AccuStats marketing, he consults with clients on analyzing their marketing efforts.
Born in Provo, UT but raised mostly in the Midwest United States, Nathan has lived in eight different states in total. Growing up he played the piano, alto and baritone saxophone, and is currently learning the drums. Prior to AccuStats, he held various positions, including: Coordinator for the BYU-Idaho men’s soccer league, marketing intern for a sports complex where he led a super-bowl ticket giveaway contest, and various analytic positions.
He took two years off from college from 2010 – 2012
to live in central California where he performed service for the residents there. In his free time, Nathan enjoys playing in soccer leagues, weightlifting, hiking, volunteering for non-profit organizations, watching movies, studying history and politics, and learning languages.
